Mia Love (R-UT)/House Administration (12/18/17)—A bill to amend the Congressional Accountability Act of 1995 to require Members of Congress to reimburse the Treasury for payments of awards and settlements under such Act which are made in connection with claims of sexual harassment committed by the Members, and for other purposes.

H.R. 4690—Rep. Pete Olson (R-TX)/House Administration; Oversight and Government Reform (12/20/17)—A bill amend the Congressional Accountability Act of 1995 to require Members of Congress to reimburse the Treasury for amounts paid as awards and settlements under such Act in connection with violations of such Act consisting of acts of sexual harassment or sexual assault committed personally by Members of Congress.
